SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Registered shipping is available for all orders, with expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.
For orders outside of Ireland, please email us to determine the shipping cost. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s site.
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Additionally, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages; please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.

- €400.00 value, less than 2kg weight: €20.00
For registered Jiffy bags on items under:
- €320.00 value, less than 2kg weight: €13.00
- €400.00 value, less than 2kg weight: €17.50
- Up to €2000.00 value, less than 2kg weight: €18.50
